RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICYWe want you to be happy with your shopping experience. We will gladly exchange or allow return of certain items for refund(this excludes all shipping charges) within 30 days of purchase with original receipt unless noted specifically on the individual product page. We do not cannot accept returns on Clearance Items, Used Candles, or Containers less than 1/2 full. These items will not be accepted.
Return shipping charges are not refundable except when it is due to our error. In order to facilitate any return please contact the office prior to any return. All the item's packaging must be returned. We reserve the right to charge a 20% restocking fee on all returns.
